Think of a token as a digital certificate. On the Brix platform, every property is divided into
many of these certificates or tokens. When you buy a token, you’re buying a share or part of that property. The more tokens you own, the bigger your share in the property. It’s an easy way to own a part of a property without buying the whole thing.
As an investor, you can browse the platform to view a wide range of properties. When you find a property, you can buy as many tokens as you wish, and therefore will receive ownership rights and benefits proportional to the number of tokens you hold. Once your purchase is complete, the tokens are immediately transferred to your account, granting you immediate ownership.
A standout feature of tokenisation is the enhanced liquidity it offers to its investors. Investors can seamlessly trade their tokenized assets with others. This fluidity ensures that you also have the flexibility to adapt and reshape your portfolio as market conditions and personal goals evolve.
